Job Responsibilities
- Conduct internet research to identify prospects and leads.
- Find new sales opportunities through cold calling, social media, and networking.
- Set up client meetings with prospects to identify requirements and qualify leads.
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on product solutions.
- Generate and manage a healthy sales pipeline.
- Meet weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets.
- Create reports with sales and financial data and participate in review meetings.
- Represent the company at exhibitions or conferences.
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams.
Skill Requirements
- 1-3 years of prior experience as a Sales Associate or similar role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus.
- Fast learner with passion for sales.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Aptitude in delivering effective presentations.
