Job Responsibilities

  • Conduct internet research to identify prospects and leads.
  • Find new sales opportunities through cold calling, social media, and networking.
  • Set up client meetings with prospects to identify requirements and qualify leads.
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on product solutions.
  • Generate and manage a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Meet weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets.
  • Create reports with sales and financial data and participate in review meetings.
  • Represent the company at exhibitions or conferences.
  • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
  • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams.


Skill Requirements

  • 1-3 years of prior experience as a Sales Associate or similar role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus.
  • Fast learner with passion for sales.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Aptitude in delivering effective presentations.
